At Lim Joo Huat, I led the transformation of a static website into a fully transactional Shopify Plus platform, launching the company’s first D2C channel and automating B2B workflows — validating digital as a profitable, self-sustaining revenue stream. I architected segmented experiences for enterprise and retail users, introducing gated pricing, MOQ enforcement, and streamlined onboarding.
I integrated Shopify with ERP systems like Unleashed and Track-POD, closing critical SOP gaps across order processing, inventory, and logistics. I also launched the NTUC/FairPrice Online marketplace presence, managing GTIN registration, product structuring, fulfillment SOPs, and cross-team alignment.
Additionally, I acted as the creative and content lead — producing SEO-optimized product copy, photographing the catalog, events, and distributing assets across web, and social channels.
